Alpaca

Alpaca – turns your sketches into full-fledged paintings. It is available as a plugin in Photoshop and its arsenal includes: converting sketches into paintings, significant increase of detail, restoration of cropped images and of course creates pictures by text description.

2. Transfer: This is where the magic of AI comes in. With the Transfer feature, I can now seamlessly change styles and vibes of images. Say I have an image in a modern style, I can transform it into vintage or vice versa.
3. Fill & Expand Scenes: Ever had those moments where you felt something was missing from your artwork? The Fill feature lets you add more details or expand scenes. If I felt my beach scene artwork needed a sunset, Alpaca would do that for me.
4. Imagine & Depth: This tool helps to generate texture maps and add depth to artworks. So, if I ever wanted to add a 3D feel to my 2D artwork, this would be my go-to feature.
5. Upscale: Quality matters, and Alpaca ensures that with its Upscale feature. I can now increase the resolution of my images without losing any quality.
6. Personalize Your Toolset: Alpaca understands that every artist is unique. Hence, it gives me the option to personalize my toolkit to suit my style and preferences.

My Experience with Alpaca

The first time I tried Alpaca, I started with the “Sketch to Image” feature. I uploaded a rough doodle of a cityscape I’d sketched during a coffee break. To my surprise, within minutes, I had a colorful, detailed image of a city skyline at dusk. The precision with which Alpaca transformed my sketch was nothing short of astounding.

Next, I played around with the “Transfer” feature. I had a photo from my last beach vacation, and with Alpaca, I transformed its style to make it look like a 1970s postcard. The results were nostalgically beautiful.

Lastly, the “Upscale” feature was like a lifesaver. I had an old artwork piece that I wanted to print in a larger format. However, I was worried about pixelation. Alpaca came to the rescue, and the print came out as sharp as the original digital piece.
